1. Agreement and publisher
These terms govern use of Football Star Path and its support website. The independent developer and publisher is Merdan Efe KALAN. No separate business address is maintained. Questions can be sent to merdanefekalan@gmail.com or raised by phone at +1 (720) 804-6768.
2. Free app license
Football Star Path is licensed, not sold, and is provided free of charge. Subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules, the publisher grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the app on supported Apple devices that the user owns or controls for personal entertainment.
Distribution through Apple’s App Store is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these Terms. No fee, subscription, or in-app purchase is required to receive this license.
3. Free access, gameplay, and virtual items
Football Star Path is free to download and play. The current release has no subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid downloads, or other paid digital content, so the publisher does not collect payments or issue purchase refunds through the app.
The app includes gameplay progress, statistics, equipment, and virtual currency. Players may choose to watch rewarded advertisements to receive in-game coins. Virtual currency and items have no cash value, cannot be purchased with real money, and are not transferable outside the app. Features, rewards, and game balancing may change as the app is maintained.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass security controls, reverse engineer it where prohibited, use automated means to manipulate gameplay, or infringe the rights of others.
5. Advertising
Football Star Path includes optional rewarded video advertisements provided by Unity Ads, a service of Unity Technologies. Players may choose to watch an advertisement in the Shop to receive in-game coins. No purchase is required. Advertisement availability and content are controlled by Unity and its advertising partners and may vary.
Information about Unity’s handling of player and device information is available in the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. The publisher’s use of Unity Ads is governed by the Unity Advertising Additional Terms.
6. Player profiles
The football career uses a locally stored player profile and does not require an online account.
7. Availability and changes
The app may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued as permitted by applicable law and platform requirements. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised.
8. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Football Star Path and its support website are provided “as is” and “as available.” The developer does not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
The warranty disclaimers and liability limitations in Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement apply to use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Merdan Efe KALAN, rather than Apple, is responsible for claims concerning the app except where Apple’s Standard EULA states otherwise.
9. Termination
The license may end if a user materially breaches these Terms, subject to applicable law. Users may stop using the app at any time, reset local career data through the app’s Settings screen, or remove the app from their device.
10. Governing law and disputes
The license and use of Football Star Path are governed by the law specified in Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Matters not covered by Apple’s Standard EULA are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory rights or protections under the laws of their country or region, including any right to bring a claim before a court or consumer authority with mandatory jurisdiction.
Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact Merdan Efe KALAN at merdanefekalan@gmail.com so both parties can attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. This informal process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising rights that cannot legally be restricted.
